CURRENT SERVICES
Cerakote Firearms Coatings: Ceramic coatings in two-part oven cure, and a single component formula for high heat applications.
Micro-Slick: Internal Firearms Parts. Cerakote™ Micro Slick is a (dry) film lubricant that withstands high temperatures and extreme pressures. This coating lubricates, resists wear, and acts as an anti-seize agent while preventing galvanic corrosion. With this unique composition, Micro Slick is virtually unaffected by temperatures ranging between 800-12000 F. Retaining excellent coefficient of friction where most solid (DRY) film lubricants fail, Micro Slick’s formulation prevents surface-to-surface contact, thus reducing friction and wear between mating surfaces.
Duracoat: A well known firearms paint that we suggest for stenciled camo patterns.
Aircraft Grade Linear Polyurethane: A two part polyester urethane in hundreds of colors, including metallics.
Ultra-Sonic Firearms Cleaning: Superior cleaning process for your firearms.
Abrasive Blasting: Glass Bead, Aluminum Oxide, Plastic Media, and Green Diamond.
Metal Polishing: Stainless, chrome, nickel, loading ramps, pre-bluing, etc.
Jeweling: Bolts, triggers, etc.
Blemish & pitting repair: We've made some pretty ugly but good shooting firearms look as well as they shoot.
Melting: The process of milling & buffing down sharp/hard edges of a conceal/carry pistol to reduce the potential of it snagging in a pocket or conceal holster. And, they look unique too!
